The workshopTrusted Research Environment (TRE) / Secure Processing Environment (SPE) Perspectives Across Data Holders, Tech Enablers, and Research Data Users” will take place from 19 to 20 August 2025 at the TMF offices in Berlin and online. It addresses the different perspectives of data holders, technology providers, and research users in the management of secure research data environments

 TRE/SPE Lunch-to-Lunch Workshop

The event will be held in a lunch-to-lunch format: Day 1 will focus on data-holding organisations and infrastructure, while Day 2 will concentrate on the use of data in research, operations, and technological development. The aim is to promote the secure and efficient exchange and use of sensitive research data. Participation is possible both on-site and online however, the number of places available for in-person attendance is limited.
