Prof. Dr. Dennis-Kenji Kipker will provide information on innovations and special features of the law and give insights into the controversies. The lecture will take place online and is open4all.

NFDI4Health cordially invites you to the first Friday Lecture to inform you about the new Health Data Utilization Act (GDNG), which will come into force in April 2024. The lecture will shed light on important questions about this law:

What implications does the GDNG have for research?
What open questions remain after the GDNG has been passed?
What political controversies are associated with the GDNG?
