Representing NFDI4Health, Carina Vorisek and Sophie Klopfenstein from the Berlin Institute of Health at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin (BIH @Charité) will attend the FHIR DevDays 2024. In their presentation "Fostering FAIR Principles in Health Research: The NFDI4Health Journey with FHIR", they highlight current developments in health data exchange and share insights and experiences from NFDI4Health's ongoing Simplifier project, which aims to represent the NFDI4Health metadata schema within FHIR.

The event targets a broad audience from the healthcare sector, offering opportunities to learn about FHIR implementations or deepen existing FHIR expertise. The presented content ranges from basic FHIR concepts and hands-on sessions to topics such as security in high-volume data environments and the application of FHIR in artificial intelligence.
