Events

The Medical Informatics Europe (MIE 2025) conference will take place from 19 to 21 May 2025 in Glasgow. Under the theme “Intelligent health systems – From technology to data and knowledge”, this international event will bring together leading minds in medical informatics. NFDI4Health will be contributing with sessions on FAIR data management, FHIR profiling, and innovative training concepts.

NFDI4Health at MIE 2025

Experts from medical informatics, health research, IT, data science, clinical practice, and digital healthcare will gather at MIE 2025. Key topics will include artificial intelligence in healthcare, data visualisation, decision support systems, and the digital transformation of the health sector. Members of NFDI4Health will also be travelling to Glasgow to present their work.

These contributions reflect the central goals of NFDI4Health: promoting interoperability, establishing automated services, and building a FAIR research data infrastructure for personal health data.
