The objective of the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) is to systematically grant access to valuable research data, link the data and make them FAIR. In this way, the data can be used for qualitative analyses in health research. This approach can only be realized by establishing a consistent research data management simultaneously for all scientific fields. This year, the participants from various disciplines met for exchange at the 1st Conference on Research Data Infrastructure (CoRDI) from 12 to 14 September 2023 in Karlsruhe.
NFDI4Health presented several talks and posters and was pleased about the large number of participants in the sessions and the interesting discussions with the community. The CoDRI Marketplace provided an opportunity for networking for all 26 NFDI consortia. The importance of the approaches and services developed by NFDI4Health for a national data infrastructure and the interfaces to other disciplines were outlined. NFDI4Health contributions focused on the Local Data Hub, The NFDI4Health - Task Force Covid-19, Publication Standards, Personal Health Train, and Data Harmonization.
